Urmila Mane MS OTR/L, CBS - Owner & Occupational Therapist

Hi! I am Urmila, the face behind Tiny Treasures Therapy. I am here to help your toddlers and young children overcome thier developmental differences or disabilities. Not just this, as a Licensed and Board Certified Occupational Therapist, I seek to empower YOU in your parenting journey so that you can help your child grow physically, socially, and emotionally.

If your answer is yes to any of these, I want you to take a deep breath and let go of all your worries. Why? Because I have the exact tools and techniques required to facilitate your child learning the skills needed to participate in functional activities of their day-to-day lives. With a dose of encouragement, a splash of compassion, and a sprinkle of my holistic family-centered approach, you can rest assured that your child will gain the ability to perform daily functions and be independent.

As a mother to a 10-year-old kid myself, I know how it feels when your child achieves even the smallest of milestones. This is why, with Tiny Treasures Therapy, I want to support your child with evidence-based occupational therapy so they can achieve their full potential. I know you want the absolute best for your child, so I treat your child just like I would care for mine.

Having experience and training in NDT techniques, reflex and sensory integration, and managing visual deficits in children, amongst other things, I feel incredibly lucky that I get to create a tangible difference in a kid’s life as well as their family with my work. My goal is not just to help children overcome the challenges they face in sensory processing, fine motor skills, social skills, etc., but instead to help them be independent and regain their confidence.

In my endeavor to make a positive impact in a child’s life from the very start.
